Email updates
When you sign up, we save your email address, optional first name, the page you signed up on, the date, and your agreement to receive class announcements and Foundation updates. We use these details for those updates. We do not sell the signup list. Signing up does not reserve a class seat.
The signup system does not currently verify ownership of an email address or send an automatic confirmation email. Our signup records are private and accessible to the site owner and tools the owner authorizes.
Leaving the list
Use the removal link shown after a new signup or the unsubscribe link included when we send an update. You can also email zerofoxfarm@proton.me from your subscribed address. We keep signup information until you request removal or we no longer need it. Removing a signup deletes it from the active website database. Previously downloaded copies must also be removed by the Foundation.
Simple traffic counts
Our custom counter records daily totals for page views and selected button clicks, such as opening the store or donation checkout. It does not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or persistent visitor identifiers, and it does not save IP addresses, full referring URLs, or browsing histories in our analytics database. We retain a rolling 90 days of daily counts. Counts are not unique people, completed purchases, or completed donations.
Where detected, we respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control and exclude known automated browsers. Some bots and repeat visits can still be counted. No tracker is loaded on the private reporting, privacy, or unsubscribe pages.
Hosting and outside links
Our hosting providers process requests to deliver and protect this website and can maintain their own operational logs. ChatGPT sign-in protects the private reporting area; public visitors do not need an account to sign up. Square, external stores, and other linked services have their own privacy practices.
